I haven’t received my reservation confirmation email.


If you don’t receive the email after waiting for a while, it might have been automatically sorted into your spam or junk folder.
Please check your spam settings and ensure that the “@ebica.jp” domain is allowed to receive emails.

Can I cancel my reservation through the app?


We apologize, but we do not accept reservation cancellations through the app.
If you made your reservation through the app, a “reservation confirmation email” was sent to the email address you provided during booking. Please use the link in that email to cancel your reservation.
If you have deleted the confirmation email, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the store directly by phone to cancel.

Can I view my reservation on the app?


Please check your “reservation confirmation email” sent to the email address you provided during booking.

I’d like to change or cancel my reservation.


For reservations made via our official website or app, please use the “reservation confirmation email” sent to your registered email address to change or cancel.
If you didn’t receive the email or booked by phone, please call the store directly to change or cancel.

For reservations made via our website or official app, a “reservation confirmation email” will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check it.
If you booked by phone, please call the store you made the reservation with directly to confirm.

Is there a time limit for reservations?


Reservations are limited to two hours from your reservation time.

About the Location

Are private dining rooms available?


TORIKIZOKU doesn’t offer private rooms. Tables are only separated by partitions. We appreciate your understanding.

Does TORIKIZOKU have its own parking lot?


Select stores have private parking or provide discount coupons for coin parking.
Please inquire directly with the store you plan to visit for details. Also, customers arriving by car may be asked to sign a pledge to prevent drunk driving. We appreciate your cooperation.

Is YAKITORI available for takeout?


YAKITORI takeout is offered at some locations.
To find out if the store you’d like to use offers takeout, please check their individual store page.

Are people under 20 allowed to enter the store by themselves?


Due to the fact that Toriki offers alcoholic beverages, we must respectfully decline entry to any individuals under the age of 20 who are not accompanied by a guardian or someone aged 20 or older. However, if a parent or an individual aged 20 or above is present, entry for those under 20 is permitted under the strict condition that no alcoholic beverages will be provided to them.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we may request age verification from any patrons who appear to be near the age of 20.

Can 3 adults and 1 elementary school child use the Toriki Bansankai?


We apologize, but the Toriki Bansankai is only available for groups of 4 or more adults, so we will have to decline your request.

Do children pay the same as adults for the Toriki Bansankai?


We have a separate pricing structure for children elementary school age and younger.
Elementary school students: 1,850 yen (tax included)
Preschool children: Free
Junior high school students and older: 3,700 yen (tax included), same as adults.

Can I use a credit card?


Credit card acceptance differs by store. See the store information page for availability.

What days are you closed?


It varies by store, so please check directly with the store you plan to visit.

How do I get to the store?


Please use the map available on our website or mobile site.

I’d like to make a reservation at a store that’s having an opening sale.


We regret to inform you that we do not accept seat reservations during the grand opening sale period, which includes promotions such as the half-price sale and all drinks for 99 yen (108 yen including tax).

Is the grand opening sale valid at all stores?


The grand opening sale is limited to participating stores only. Other stores are operating on their regular schedule.

Currently, we are not recruiting new TORIKIZOKU comrade chain (franchise) partners.

We are not accepting any sales pitches or proposals at this time. We also decline product sample submissions. Additionally, we cannot arrange meetings with our staff for any reason.
